Terms of Service
BaitKast has two sets of Terms, one for each way people use it. You agree to the ones that apply to you in the app, and you can read the exact versions you agreed to anytime in Account → Agreements.
- Angler Terms of Service: for everyone who follows or subscribes to Pros. Covers subscriptions, renewal, cancelling, refunds, blocking and your rights.
- Pro Terms of Service: for Pros who post and sell subscriptions. Covers the $20 yearly membership, pricing, the 10% fee, Stripe payouts, refunds, taxes and content.
Both include the Community Rules, the Copyright Policy and the Privacy Policy.
