Community Rules

Effective October 6, 2026 · Part of the BaitKast Angler and Pro Terms.

Talk the way you talk. Just don't go after people. Casual language and swearing are fine on BaitKast. Attacking, threatening or scamming people is not.

How we enforce these rules

BaitKast has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. We act on reports as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours.

  1. Slur filter: posts with a hate slur are held automatically and shown only to the author until we review them.
  2. Report: use ••• → Report on any post or profile, or press and hold a message. Reports go to BaitKast, not to the person you report.
  3. Block: blocking hides that person everywhere. It doesn't cancel a subscription; cancel separately if you want.
  4. Review and action, based on how serious it is: remove the content and warn; limit the account; or suspend or permanently remove the account (a suspended Pro's subscriptions stop right away). Threats, content sexualizing minors and serious crimes can lead to immediate removal and a report to authorities.
  5. Appeals: if you think we got it wrong, reply to the Support ticket or email support@baitkast.com within 30 days. A different admin reviews it when possible.
